Rain Rain Go Away, Come again…well…don’t come back for a while! PLEASE!

 

Has it rained where you live lately? 

For the past several weeks, if it hadn’t been so hot outside, I would have sworn it was November.  It seems almost every day we get some sort of rain shower.  Sometimes it is just a quick 5 minute down pour and other times it is an all-day gully washer. 

Normally, rain doesn’t really bother me.  When it rains, I sleep. But I can only sleep so much.  Take my word for it…bears don’t want to sleep this much.

I realize that Mother Nature knows what we need and I know we need the rain.  The animals need the rain.  The grass and trees need the rain.  We all NEED the rain.  And yes, as soon as this weather pattern passes and we go through a couple dry, hot weeks, I will be complaining about how it hasn’t rained in ages.

For now…I have had enough.
